The Red House Children's Book Award is the only national book award voted for entirely by children.
The Award is made annually to the best work of fiction for children. Hundreds of books are read, short-listed and voted for by children from around the country and any child in the UK can take part.
More books are being entered and more children than ever before are voting for the Red House Children's Book Award. Last year, over 160,000 votes were cast. Now in its twenty-seventh year, the Award continues to reflect what children of all ages are actually reading. Make sure you're part of it!
